When requesting a refund, you will be required to provide the following information:

- Details of the refund-eligible circumstance, including contest ID, transaction details, and a

the issue.
Royalsquads will review the refund request and, if eligible, process the refund within 5-7
business days from
the date of the request.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction, unless
otherwise
agreed upon between you and Royalsquads.
If the refund is not possible through the original payment method, alternative arrangements will be
made.
Deductions and Fees
Royalsquads reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees, including transaction processing
fees, from the
refunded amount.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with the refund decision made by Royalsquads, you may contact our customer support

request further review. The decision of Royalsquads following the review will be final.
